Use of this site
This website is operated by Jaxons Group LLC ("we," "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. The site describes our services, publishes our prices, and lets you request a Water Test appointment; it does not itself form a service contract. Work is performed under the written agreement you approve before installation.
Prices and appointments
Prices shown are installed prices for the systems listed, within our stated service area, and are honored as published at the time of your agreement. Appointment requests are requests until we confirm a time. The free Water Test carries no obligation.
Content
Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Product names and marks, including Aquonyx, belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the equipment we sell and install.
Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms; workmanship warranties are as stated in your written agreement with us. Nothing on this website enlarges either.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. This page is a general template and should be reviewed by an attorney.
