Information we collect
When you request a Water Test appointment, we collect what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email, home ZIP code, water supply type, and any notes about your water. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited may also be collected through analytics.
How it is used
We use your information to schedule and perform the Water Test, respond to your request, follow up on completed work, and operate and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.
Phone and text consent (TCPA)
By submitting a form with your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text (SMS) and email about your water test and related services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; tell us during any call to opt out of calls.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate (scheduling, CRM and analytics providers), with the equipment manufacturer when required to register a warranty on your behalf, and as required by law.
Retention and choices
Records are kept as long as warranty and business purposes require. You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information by writing to the email address below.
